To ensure reliable client service under all circumstances, we operate a second secure office in Carp, Ontario, just outside of Ottawa. Should our main office become inaccessible, the Carp office is equipped with eight workstations, a powerful generator, satellite phone, telephone systems, central fax, and a secure VPN to our Merivale Road LAN.

During the August 2003 North-eastern blackout, our Carp Road office processed urgent files and translations without interruption.
