Federal Court of Appeal Upholds CITT Ruling

On November 22, 2017, the Federal Court of Appeal upheld the ruling of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) rendered in March 2017, ruling that the Tribunal's decision was fair and reasonable, and that the CRA must pay damages for lost opportunity to the MKTG. CRA evaluators were inconsistent in applying their scoring criteria. The CITT ruling can be found here: http://www.citt.gc.ca/en/node/8039
